Carol Walsh offers a mindfulness program for primary school children where she adopts a gentle, though effective approach of equipping children with a toolkit of techniques that enables them to learn a life skill in helping them feel happier, calmer and more fulfilled in everyday life.

The course is run weekly or biweekly for a six or three week period.
